WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Our rates vary depending on the complexity of the project. I try very hard to work within your budget. 95% of the time I can do it for what you had in mind. Give me a call or use the contact form and let us know what type of project it is. We will get back to you with a quote. All of our projects are sent to you Fully Produced, Mixed and Mastered.
2. WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
We usually turn your project around within 24-48 hours (depending on our workload) Sometimes we may need up to 72 hours.
3. WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
Our studios are open from 9:00 am-5:00 pm PST Monday through Friday. We DO NOT work weekends or any holidays.
4. WHAT FORMAT CAN I RECEIVE MY PROJECT IN?
We can deliver your audio in WAV, MP3, AIFF or whatever other formats you need.
5. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED A REVISION CUT?
If we mispronounce a word when a guide was given, omit a word, or make a punctuation mistake, we will provide a re-read from the original talent at no extra charge. If you change your copy or forgot to add something to the copy, you will be charged a minimum of $25.00 for a revision. (maybe more depending on how much work it will be to fix the spot) we will do everything we can to make sure you like your spot, but please Please keep in mind, once we send you the completed project, there are no refunds.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SCRIPT IS LONGER THAN 30 SECONDS OR 60 SECONDS?
Because Radio stations are EXTREMELY strict with spot times, your spot must be in the time frame you ordered. Either we or you will have to make the necessary edits to make sure the spot comes in on time.
7. DO I NEED A SCRIPT FOR MY SPOT OR WILL YOU WRITE ONE FOR ME?
It’s up to you. However, because scriptwriting will pull us away from our studio work, there will be a nominal fee for writing the script for you. $20.00 f0r a :30 second and $40.00 for a :60 second spot.
8. CAN I USE MY OWN VOICE TALENT?
Absolutely! We offer a top-notch Radio Voice that you hear on radio stations around the world. However, if you like your voice guy, just send us the audio in WAV format (with no processing or “DRY”) and the script and we will take care of the rest.
9. I AM ORDERING A CONCERT SPOT FOR A TOUR THAT WILL BE IN VARIOUS CITIES. IS THERE A “PER CITY” FEE?
Yes. However, we don’t charge you for a whole new spot per city, as many others do. If your spot will have just basic venue name and date changes for various cities, we only charge $25.00 per city.
10. HOW MUCH ARE YOUR DJ DROPS AND MIXTAPE INTROS?
We charge $20.00 per drop or 6 drops for $100.00. MIXTAPE or DJ INTROS start at $100.00 for up to: 30 seconds.
11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES ON RADIO SWEEPERS, TAGS, ID’s ETC?
Prices vary on radio sweepers and imaging packages. Unlike most other companies, we don’t charge an internet radio station what we would charge an FM station, That’s just not the right thing to do. The price varies on market size, what kind of package you’re looking for, if it’s dry voice or fully produced and some other variables. We pride ourselves in trying as hard as we can to meet your budget. Contact us and let’s see what we can work out.
12. WHY ARE YOUR DJ DROPS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MANY OTHERS ON THE INTERNET?
Let’s keep it real fam, you get what you pay for. Those guys out there selling you 10 drops for $25.00 are using “Templates”. They already have everything produced and just drop in your name. In other words, everyone and their mama are using the same drops as you are. We don’t use templates. We make the DJ drops or intros just for you. No one else will have exactly what you have and you will stand out from the rest. We have done DJ drops for some of the biggest DJ’s in the game.
13. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept PayPal payments. We use PayPal because you can use any form of payment with them and they protect both you and us. If you use an eCheck, PayPal e-checks usually take 3-4 business days to clear. Once your e-check clears, we can process your order.
14. DO YOU TAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS OR DEPOSITS AND HOW ABOUT REFUNDS?
Sorry. We don’t take partial payments or deposits. FULL PAYMENT must be made before we even start your project. Once you have made a payment you must get your project to us within 7 days. Please keep in mind once we receive payment you have 72 hours to cancel your order for a FULL refund. After 72 hours there are NO REFUNDS. If you changed your mind after the 72 hours we will give you credit towards your next project (up to 1 year).
15. HOW DO I GET STARTED?
You can either call us at 408-660-3861 or you can use our CONTACT page and in the message field let us know what you need and we will get back to you to discuss your project.
16. HOW WILL I GET MY FINAL AUDIO?
We can either email you your final audio, send it to your dropbox, FTP server or whatever is convenient for you. If you want your audio mailed to you, there will be a postage and handling fee.
